Return Policy
Each product undergoes a comprehensive inspection for appearance and function before being shipped out, so the possibility of a product having quality issues is very low.
Unused products with complete accessories and undamaged packaging can be returned within 15 days after delivery for a full refund, provided they do not affect secondary sales. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and the refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the product at our warehouse and confirm that it meets the conditions for a refund. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
If the product has not been used for more than 15 days but less than 30 days after delivery and passes the quality inspection, a 30% fee deduction will be applied to the refund. We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered more than 30 days ago.
